The Senior Assistant Manager isresponsible for leading and executing the business developmentinitiatives and overall operation of Master of Science inTechnopreneurship and Innovation Programme (MSc TIP) andFlexiMasters in Technopreneurship and Innovation (FM TIP). Theincumbent will work closely with the lead of the postgraduate team,Academic Director and Deputy Director of NTU EntrepreneurshipAcademy (NTUpreneur) for successful delivery of MSc TIP and FM TIP.The incumbent will be driving marketing and outreach, carrying outstudent recruitment and admission, student and alumni engagement,budgeting and financing, and ensuring all policy and procedures areadhered to. S/he will provide/present marketing strategy andanalysis for information and decision, oversee and track follow upactions, work closely with lead, PG team to ensure quality,quantity and diversity of recruitment. S/he will also work with thevarious NTUpreneur teams and the various Offices in the universityfor cross programme promotion and inter-department jointactivities. The incumbent will oversee various I&E activitiesand engagements to enhance the experiential learning. S/he willalso support venture internship, expanding the industry network forplacement of venture internship. The incumbent is expected tosupervise executive / senior executive to ensure strong valueproposition and to achieve excellence in administration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and execute thebusiness development Initiative of the Masters and FlexiMasters inTechnopreneurship and Innovation Programme (MSc TIP and FMTIP)
  • Conduct marketresearches, data analysis and organise information for marketingstrategy for MSc TIP and FM TIP.
  • Organise andcoordinate programme outreach in a timely and cost-effectivemanner.
  • Initiate and organise discussion withvarious partners and stake holders for programoutreach.


2.Oversee marketing and recruitment. Plan and organise programme infosessions and lead the content development for programmepublicity.
  • Organise andcoordinate local and overseas roadshows and info sessions.
  • Prepare programmecollaterals
  • Oversee digital marketingcampaign
  • Create social media contents andconsolidate alumni successstories


3. Trackand follow up on effectiveness of outreach and adjust the marketingapproach accordingly
  • Followup on various marketing efforts to track theeffectiveness.
  • Enhance programmebranding.


4.Oversee student management, student wellbeing, alumni engagementand oversee administrative support
  • Attend to student queries,well being and integration.
  • Plan and executestudent engagement activities.
  • Overseeadministrative support required for sound implementation of theProgramme


5.Oversee experiential learning
  • Oversee the experientiallearning such as company visit or ecosystemexposure.
  • Oversee the Venture Internshipelective module to ensure proper running anddocumentation.


6.Plan and oversee the operating budget and grant of theProgramme
  • Plan and overseethe operating budget for running both MSc TIP and FMTIP..
  • Process claims from grants, whereavailable.
  • Attend to audit query andexercise.


KeyCompetencies &Qualification
  • Bachelordegree in any discipline from a recognizeduniversity
  • Preferably with 3 to 5 yearsrelevant work experience in university environment
  • Knowledge in entrepreneurship and the start-upecosystem
  • Knowledge in marketing, branding andproject management
  • Demonstrated ability tobuild and maintain relationships with diversestakeholders
  • Experience in working withprofessors and students, government agencies and internationalorganisations will be advantageous
  • Good verbaland written communicationskills
