The Undergraduate team oversees a broadrange of activities encompassing both Academic and Student Life,specifically related to the Academy's two flagship undergraduateprogrammes - the Second Major in Entrepreneurship (SMiE) and Minorin Entrepreneurship (MiE).

JobDescription

Reporting to the AssistantDirector, Lead, Academic Learning (Undergraduate Programmes), theincumbent is pivotal in enhancing the quality and delivery of ourundergraduate academic programmes, ensuring a meaningful,enriching, and impactful experience for our students. This roleprovides essential support in the planning and execution ofacademic operations within the Academy's Undergraduate Programmes,contributing to the smooth running of academic and student-relatedactivities, supporting the Academy's mission to deliver qualityeducation and nurture entrepreneurialtalent.

KeyResponsibilities:

1. Support StudentManagement Processes:
  • Tracking coursecompletion and progression of students and ensure accurate studentrecords
  • Support students with specialeducational needs and handle ad-hoc requests asdirected
  • Provide assistance in academicadvisory activities, including coordination with students, facultyand administrativestaff


2. Support ProgrammeManagement (SMiE and MiE):
  • Maintainaccurate programme information and ensure accessibility forstudents and faculty.
  • Process and trackenrolment and withdrawal requests and update recordsaccurately.
  • Assist in class and assessmentscheduling, course registration and related administrativematters.
  • Assist in managing teaching andlearning resources such as setting up NTULearn and booking teachingvenues and other logistical support.
  • Supportinbound and outbound student exchangeprogrammes.
  • Assist in assessment result reviewand submission, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Providesecretarial support for meetings anddecisions.
  • Assist in managing and executingStudent Feedback on Teaching (SFT) and course evaluationprocesses.


3. Support TeamCoordination andAdministration:
  • Maintain the teamcalendar and rosters, including leave applications and eventduties.
  • Manage and maintain the team'srepository for information and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)for easy access andretrieval


4. SupportManagement of Projects andInitiatives:
  • Provide administrativeand logistical support and coordination for events, programmes,projects, and initiatives
  • Support outreachInstructors, Fellows, Student engagement and development events andactivities
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties asassigned by the Lead or SeniorManagement


Requirements:
  • Adiploma or bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevantexperience in academic programme administration within Institutesof Higher Learning or equivalent.
  • Strongorganisational and multi-tasking abilities to handle variousresponsibilities efficiently.
  • Goodcommunication skills (oral and written) and the ability tocollaborate effectively with students, faculty, and externalstakeholders.
  • Meticulous, self-driven, and aproactive team player with attention todetail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Officeapplications (particularly MS Word and Excel) is essential;familiarity with learning management systems is anadvantage.
