Description We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Channel Distribution & Partnerships Manager to drive our growth through effective partnerships and distribution strategies. Reporting to the head of Product, the candidate will have a strong background in channel management, business development, and relationship building. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our distribution network and foster long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities Strategy Development: Develop and implement channel distribution strategies to increase market share and reach new customer segments. Partnership Management: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with key partners, distributors, and resellers to enhance product distribution and sales. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities and assess the competitive landscape. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of distribution channels and partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Training and Support: Develop training programs and resources for partners to ensure effective product positioning and sales techniques. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with policies. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on partnership performance, challenges, and opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in channel management, business development, or partnerships in financial service industry. Proven track record of successfully managing and growing distribution channels. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and project management software.
