Singapore WORLDWIDE HOTELS MANAGEMENT (V) PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**
- Provide solutions to prevent wholesale/static rate from flowing into OTA and other business segment.
- Provide Channel Management Analysis and revenue potential. (Monthly & Quarterly).
- Actively manage Online Travel Agency accounts ensuring their compliance with Worldwide Hotels strategies.
- Ensure all OTA website displays correct information at all times (Inventory Mgt / Rate Delivery)
- Maintain and ensure accurate rates and inventory allotments with internal and external partners in a timely manner and ensure Rate Parity throughout all booking channels
- Endeavour to position the hotels properly on the first page of all OTA websites
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with OTA key clients
- To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by direct report

**Brand Website**
- Involvement in Singapore marketing programmes and related products for online delivery
- Effective implementation and monitoring of online marketing programs
- Develop and implement Online strategy in collaboration with MarComm and Revenue
- Devise and roll out shift strategy from third party distributors to internal brand channel
- Work towards moving traditional wholesale partners to seamless dynamic connectivity

**Analytics & Projects**
- Provide Channel Management Analysis and revenue potential. (Monthly & Quarterly)
- To identify areas to increase performance on Online Distribution channels (i.e.Rate Plans, Room Type Description, ADV Offers, POS, Geo Source)
- To analyze and determine whether Hotels is effectively marketing itself across electronic distribution channels
- To identify revenue generating and cost savings opportunities via operational efficiencies

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or Degree from a recognized hospitality / tertiary institution and/or have gained 2 years of distributions experience the hotel industry.
- Solid knowledge of Revenue Management functionality & tools (OTA Extranet, Channel Manager i.e., SiteMinder, Opera Cloud, RMS, TARS)
- Extensive proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint & BI required with the ability to manipulate the data well versed in creating and using Excel spreadsheets with complex formula.
- Further technical skills & knowledge in areas such as Python, PowerBI, Tableau an asset
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving and problem identification.
- High levels of flexibility and adaptability.
- Strong team playing skills.
- Act with utmost integrity.
