**Operations**
- Look for innovative ways to enhance high quality products by providing deep insights for making business decisions.

**Esports**
- Drive esports initiatives to meet the objectives of game operations, enhance user engagement, and instill strong brand loyalty.

**Data Analysis**
- Monitor business performance indicators and conduct data analysis to identify key insights for data-enabled business decision making.

**Marketing**
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies to grow user base, user engagement, and brand awareness through online and offline marketing initiatives and campaigns.

**Business Development & Partnerships**
- Explore strategic opportunities by managing relationships and expanding partnership across platforms, brands, channels and distribution networks to deepen Garena’s engagement in the local market.

**Community Engagement**
- Driving our efforts to increase organic engagement through social media and to build a strong and closely-bonded gaming community for our products.

**Job Requirements**
- Degree from a reputable university with strong academic credentials
- Currently a final-year student or possess less than 2 years of working experience
- Possess past internship experiences driving large-scale, impactful and complex projects
- Has strong leadership experiences
- Excellent communication capabilities
- Passionate about games
