We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Entry-Level Management Associate to assist with various company operations. The Management Associate will be tasked with supporting strategic planning, participating in project management, and assisting in employee engagement efforts. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Support in the development and implementation of business plans and goals.
- Assist in coordinating with cross-functional teams to facilitate operations and project implementations.
- Participate in conducting market research to identify new opportunities.
- Contribute to the management of budgets, resources, and financial objectives under supervision.
- Collaborate with the human resources department to facilitate recruitment, training, and employee engagement.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
- Assist in designing and implementing operational improvements.
- Monitor and report on project progress and performance.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- No prior experience required, but previous internships or part-time roles in a similar field are beneficial.
- Demonstrable analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
