As the **Manager, Business Development (P Lines Distribution)**, you will drive the distribution strategy and performance of Personal Lines (P Lines) insurance products, including motor, travel, home, personal accident, and maid insurance. A key strategic focus in 2025 is to grow the number of **maid agency partners**to expand the distribution of maid insurance products significantly. This role is critical in supporting that direction, ensuring business development efforts are sustained and aligned with Income's growth objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute distribution strategies to grow Personal Lines business across multiple channels (e.g., tied agency, digital, partnerships).
- Lead business development efforts to expand the network of **maid agency partners**, in line with 2025 strategic priorities.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with distribution partners, including agents, brokers, and digital platforms.
- Monitor sales performance, analyse trends, and identify opportunities to optimise channel effectiveness and profitability.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to support product launches, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Ensure sales processes and practices comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
- Provide training, coaching, and support to distribution teams and partners to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities.
- Lead or support strategic projects to improve distribution efficiency, customer experience, and digital enablement.Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on channel performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance distribution, preferably in Personal Lines.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore insurance market and distribution landscape.
- Proven track record in managing sales channels and achieving business targets.
- Experience in partner acquisition and relationship management, especially with niche or specializspecialiseded partners like maid agencies, is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical and data-driven, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM and sales reporting tools.
