About the company I am excited to be partnering with a leading organization dedicated to leveraging finance to drive positive social and environmental change. They are expanding the team and seeking a Head of Partnerships in Singapore. About the role You will manage relationships with financial institutions, individual wealth holders and family offices. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities - conducting training sessions to generate revenue. You will develop strategies to engage and build relationships with the organization's alumni, with a specific focus on the network in APAC. Fostering a strong alumni network through events. You will develop and implement strategies to engage private wealth holders and organizations as donors. Cultivate relationships with current and prospective donors. Prepare proposals and reports to showcase the impact of their contributions. Skills & Qualifications Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on business development, sales and fundraising. Experience managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, financial institutions and ecosystem partners. Experience with fundraising and donor management is also required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, both written and oral.
