MCG are on the lookout for a Head of Partnerships to drive strategic partnerships, integrations, and ecosystem growth for an established firm within the blockchain space. This role will focus on building relationships with validators, infrastructure providers, blockchain networks, dApps, institutional stakeholders, and DeFi protocols to enhance adoption and strengthen the client's ecosystem. The ideal candidate will come with strong DeFi expertise, a proven track record in business development, and a passion for advancing Web3 innovation. Key Responsibilities: Build and manage partnerships with relevant industry players. Develop strategies to grow the ecosystem and encourage participation. Collaborate with developers and communities to explore new opportunities. Engage with institutions to promote solutions. Work with internal teams to align ecosystem efforts with organizational goals. Stay informed on market trends to guide strategy. Represent the company at industry events to enhance visibility. Who You Are: 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem growth. Knowledge of DeFi, fintech, blockchain, or related fields. Proven ability to negotiate and execute complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships. Strong skills in translating technical concepts into strategic business initiatives. Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities. Experience in Web3 startups or DAOs is a plus.
