Overview
As the Principal Partner Alliances Marketing Specialist at NTT DATA, you will be a highly skilled subject matter expert responsible for managing and optimizing marketing efforts related to partnerships and alliances. Your role will be crucial in collaborating with partner companies to create joint marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, lead generation, and business growth.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with partner companies to develop joint marketing strategies and plans aligning with the goals of both organizations.
Plan and execute Alliances Partner Annual and/or multi-year strategic marketing plans supporting business development agreements.
Coordinate and execute joint marketing campaigns and demand generation activities leveraging strengths of both companies.
Create compelling marketing content, including collateral, whitepapers, webinars, and presentations showcasing joint value proposition.
Organize and participate in joint events, seminars, workshops, and webinars highlighting combined capabilities.
Develop strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition by leveraging partner companies\' reach and customer base.
Share marketing data and insights with partners, analyze campaign performance, and refine strategies.
Manage marketing collateral, materials, and resources communicating the value of partnership to internal and external stakeholders.
Utilize marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to manage joint marketing efforts, track engagement, and measure ROI.
Enhance brand visibility and market presence through joint marketing efforts showcasing strengths of both organizations.
Ensure alignment of partnership initiatives with broader business strategies by working closely with sales, product, and marketing teams.
Perform any other related tasks as required.
Qualifications and Skills
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with partner contacts and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in marketing disciplines including campaign planning, content creation, and lead generation.
Effective project management skills to coordinate and execute joint marketing initiatives within timelines and budgets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate partnership value propositions and convey marketing messages.
Analytical capabilities to measure the success of joint initiatives and optimize strategies.
Negotiation skills to benefit all parties in partnership agreements, contracts, and terms.
Team-oriented mindset to collaborate across different departments and functions.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
Understanding of the IT services industry, market trends, and customer needs.
Creative thinking to develop innovative joint marketing campaigns.
Results-oriented focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
Academic Qualifications and Certifications
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Relevant certifications in partner management, marketing automation platforms, or related areas are desirable.
Required Experience
Demonstrated experience in marketing roles, especially in B2B marketing, alliance management, or partner marketing.
Experience in managing or collaborating with partners in a B2B context, preferably within the IT services or technology sector.
Experience in planning, executing, and measuring joint marketing campaigns with partner organizations.
Experience in managing and developing partnership value propositions collateral.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes.
Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
Experience in analyzing marketing data and optimizing joint marketing initiatives.
