Job Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the Group CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders. Handle travel arrangements such as flight bookings, accommodation, and transport logistics as required. Prepare, submit, and track expense claims and reimbursements for the Group CEO. Provide administrative support including the preparation of PowerPoint presentations, meeting materials, reports, and documents. Maintain proper filing systems and ensure confidential information is handled with discretion. Conduct basic research or assist in compiling relevant information upon request. Perform other ad-hoc administrative and office support duties as assigned by the Group CEO. Job Requirements Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or a related field. At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in supporting C-suite or senior management executives. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Strong organisational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to manage confidential matters with a high level of professionalism and discretion. Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
