Contract Duration: 3 months Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 42 hours per week Job Scope – Programme Experience & Operations Handle programme administration and logistics, including managing registrations, participant queries, room setups, catering, procurement, billing, and programme evaluations. Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure smooth end‐to‐end programme delivery, covering administration, logistics, and system support. Support other ad‐hoc administrative duties as required, such as coordinating speaker engagements, compiling and analysing data, scheduling meetings, and taking meeting notes. Requirements Diploma holder with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in programme management. Strong communication and writing skills. Highly organised, meticulous, and a strong team player able to perform under pressure and tight deadlines. Good interpersonal, problem‐solving, and time‐management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual platforms such as Zoom and MS Teams. Demonstrates a positive attitude, integrity, and a strong drive for excellence in work.
