Programme Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Involvement with strategic planning for SINERGY
- Work closely with the SINERGY Director and CMO Director to plan & execute ecosystem building strategies, and secure engagements with members and ecosystem stakeholders, including the funding/economic agencies to ensure Consortium?s focus areas are aligned with the National Priorities.
- Study Global Expertise and propose possibilities for International Partnerships.
- Oversee outreach and industry engagement activities to identify partnership opportunities and facilitate discussions with academic and industry members
- Work with the SINERGY Director and CMO Director in planning meetings, symposia, workshops, seminars and related activities for Consortium members
- Oversee the SINERGY's marketing and publicity efforts e.g. newsletter, bulletin and social media to create awareness for the SINERGY and recruit potential consortium members/academics
- Oversee the SINERGY's operations including budget utilisation, reporting requirements and maintenance of database (industry, academia collaborators/contacts)
- Lead, mentor, support and develop other SINERGY staff.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors (with at least 5-7 working experience), or Master's, or PhD (with at least 2 years working) in biotechnology, life sciences, engineering, or related field from a reputable university
- Possess an understanding of the local biotechnology ecosystem and stakeholders
- Excellent organization and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to initiate, coordinate, and finalize projects
- Experience in hosting events and speaking in public is an added advantage

**Type of Employment**: Full-Time

**Minimum Experience**: 5 Years
