**Responsibilities**:
- Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for payroll administration of the company includes year-end reporting for IRAS;
- In charge of e-leave management including tracking of staff absence;
- Processing payroll;
- Maintaining current HR files and databases
- Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions;
Liaise with outlet's recruitment needs including the job posting, pre-screening, arranging of interviews and to conduct interviews when necessary.
- Updating MOM on changes to the personal data of foreign workers, especially change of address;
- Preparing Letter of Appointment, Confirmation, Employment Contract and etc;
- Administering of staff benefits & welfare;
- Check & ensure Monthly Timesheets accuracy
- Complete other tasks assigned by superior
- **Requirements**:
- Familiar with MOM and all other government bodies regulations
- At least 1 - 2 Years of HR & Admin experience
- Required skill: Microsoft Office
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resource or equivalent.
