**Job Purpose**
This role is part of the Group Talent Management team, which involves developing and executing talent management and succession planning related strategies and frameworks at the cluster level.**Major Duties & Responsibilities**

**Succession Planning / HiPo Management**
Plan and assist in managing the annual succession planning and/or HiPo identification cycle. Consult with manager and institution HR to refine plans. This includes:

- Plan and execute annual talent review conversations with institution CEOs and GCEO to strengthen NHG’s succession plans;
- Manage annual HiPo identification exercise and talent pool matters
- Drive analytics on health of talent pipeline to identify gaps, interdependencies and trigger conversations on possible solutions as the leadership landscape evolves;
- Liaise with MOHH on cluster succession and development plans; and
- Manage the strategic talent indicators for reporting to NHG Board.

**Development Planning**
- Nomination for leadership programmes;
- Experiential development (e.g. rotations, secondments, stretch assignments); and
- Executive Coaching / Mentoring

**Talent Engagement**
- Assist in strategizing talent engagement efforts, including the conceptualization of a talent engagement framework at the group level, in collaboration with institution HR.
- Design and implement the annual engagement plan for NHG talents at the group level.

**Talent Management and Succession Planning Framework (TMSP) and other initiatives**
Review and implementation of broader TMSP framework. This may include (but not limited to):

- Support TMSP system design, development, implementation and maintenance
- Conduct periodic review of TMSP framework and policy
- Develop and enhance TMSP strategies on ‘Identify, Develop, Engage and Transit’
- Support in other MOH / MOHH talent initiatives (where applicable).

And any other ad hoc duties assigned.**Job Requirements**

- Recognized University Degree
- Minimum 5 years working experience

**(b) Personal Attributes**
- Possess excellent communication, written and presentation skills.
- Analytical, mature and able to manage projects with minimum supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills.
- Strong organization and planning skills.
- Possess initiative and ability to handle multiple and dynamic projects concurrently
- Ability to understand interdependencies and synergize needs of different stakeholders
- Ability to provide guidance and coaching to peers and/or junior staff in daily work. Supervisory experience is an advantage.
