Group Fitness Instructor

We’re hiring and currently seeking a qualified coach who can deliver a high-energy Strength & Conditioning workout experience to our members.

**Job Summary**:
As a Coach, you will be responsible for delivering our carefully designed workouts for small group classes. The position requires a strong ability to coach and manage time plus motivate multiple clients in a group setting.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ability to lead and motivate members through workouts
- Ability to help members set and achieve goals
- Ability to demonstrate all exercise movements and monitor the exercise form of our members
- Ensure the safety of participants in regard to exercise techniques
- Build attendance and retain current members
- Be a team player

**Job Qualifications**:

- Previous experience teaching groups in the fitness industry
- Current fitness certification by an industry recognised organization.
- Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
- Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
- Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
