Job Responsibilities
Coordinate on on-boarding and off-boarding matters for staff, temp and students
Manage office supplies and staff inventory (e.g. stationeries, lab notebooks and PPEs etc)
Coordinate and receive deliveries for the admin department
Database Tracking & Maintenance (e.g Staff Directory)
Perform Goods Receipt for the admin department
Be the point of contact for external vendors and coordinate/receive deliveries
Assist in other admin support as assigned by the reporting officer
Job requirements
Diploma in any discipline
1-2 years of administrative or relevant experience
Competent in computer skills (especially Word, MS Excel)
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented, meticulous and systematic with the ability to multi-task
Able to start work immediately or within a short period
