- Work with CS Facilities team to ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of facilities.
- Preparation of CS Budget.
- Plan and implement facilities related projects.
- Assist with space planning/ renovation projects.
- Assist with evaluation of Security Systems or AV requirements for new HQ project
- Respond to facilities complaints/ maintenance issues.

- Ensure serviceability of facilities and equipment to serve the needs of the Nexus community.
- Ensure timely repair and maintenance of facilities and office equipment.
- Plan and execute facilities improvement projects to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of office operations.
- Provide assistance to HQ Depts. on their space requirements.
- ** Sustainability Management**
- Maintain the organisation’s environmental management system in accordance with ISO14001 and other relevant local and international environmental standards
- Review legal requirements, compliance status and control measures to address significant environmental aspects and impacts
- Improve and innovate existing processes in order to achieve the organisation’s Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) objectives, targets and programs
- Report environmental performance to senior management for review and provide recommendations on areas of improvement
- Promote and advocate awareness among staff on environmental and sustainability related topics including the spearheading of 4R (Refuse, Reuse, Reduce and Recycle) initiatives
- Organising staff engagement activities related to environmental and sustainability issues ie Green conferences, litter picking activities etc
- Collaborate with regulatory/external bodies such as MOHH, National Environment Agency (NEA) and Singapore Environmental Council (SEC) on environmental and sustainability initiatives
- Responsible for leading sustainability programs in HQ such as Water and Energy conservation efforts

- ** Business Continuity Management**
- Maintenance of NHG BCM programme eg conduct of BIA, documentation update and BCM exercises etc.
- Collate and review the recovery requirements from the annual Business Impact Analysis (BIA) exercise
- Review the business continuity plans submissions from the NHG HQ Departments
- Plan and conduct BCM exercises including calltree exercise on an annual basis.
- Continuous improvement to the BCM programme eg BCM system development.
- Organise and train for annual BIA refresher training for NHG HQ departments’ BCM Coordinators
- Collate and report BCM Strategic Indicators for NHG HQ.
- Heighten BCM awareness within NHG.
- Maintenance of the BCM Application System, (possibly includes ERM Application System if it sits on same platform).
- Update staff contact details in Mass Notification System.
- Work with IHIS to upgrade BCM Application System
- Upkeep of NHG HQ alternate site.
- Provide guidance to NHG institutions on BCM matters.
- Attend and follow up on audit enquiries by MOHH
20%- Maintain BCM programme in accordance to NHG BCM Policy.
- Ensure BCM KPIs are achieved.
- Successful recovery of NHG HQ and Business Units’ critical business functions during a disaster
- Business Readiness at all times.
**3. JOB REQUIREMENTS**
**(a) Education/Training/Experience**
- Minimum degree
- Business Continuity Management Certification
- Green Mark Accredited Professional Facilities Management Certification
- Experience in managing and leading environmental sustainability practices
- At least 5 years of relevant work experiences either in BCP capacity; facilities management and sustainability management.
- Good written communication skills
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Supervisory experience eg lead a team
