Job Title: Strategic Workforce Partner

Role Overview:

  • Lead the annual performance review cycle, ensuring thoroughness and timely delivery.
  • Oversee daily performance management activities, responding to queries and maintaining a transparent process.
  • Develop and implement improvements to elevate the Performance Management strategy, driving meaningful impact.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify high-potential employees, support talent development, and spearhead succession planning efforts.
  • Tackle additional responsibilities as needed, aligned with team priorities.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Talent Management, Strategy/Performance Management, or HR Business Partner roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Skilled at managing large datasets and distilling insights.
  • Proven track record in executing succession planning initiatives and end-to-end performance management processes.
