Human Resource Specialist

- The role of an HR Manager involves managing the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding, to attract top talent for various positions.
- Developing a fair, competitive, and motivating compensation and benefits structure that supports overall business objectives and promotes employee satisfaction and retention is crucial.
- Streamlining and maintaining records of monthly incentives/commissions, and regularly reviewing these schemes to ensure alignment with business objectives is essential.
- Identifying learning and development needs of employees in collaboration with managers ensures the workforce has the skills needed to achieve organizational goals.
- Implementing employee relations strategies to create a positive work environment and handle conflicts, grievances, and employee complaints fairly is vital.
- Evaluating and ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws, including those related to employment contracts, benefits, and workplace rights, is key.
- Oversight of all aspects of insurance policies, ensuring adequate coverage for all risks, is also critical.
- Aligning HR initiatives with organizational strategic objectives, ensuring HR supports long-term company goals, is fundamental.">
Requirements:
- Possessing a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is necessary.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a human resources or HR-related role, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial position preferably in Retail/Service Industry, is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis, PowerPoint for presentations, and Word for policies and internal communication, is essential.
- Strong understanding of local Employment Act and compliance requirements, such as anti-discrimination laws and TAFEP guidelines, is necessary.
- Able to identify challenges or HR-related issues, analyze root causes, and propose solutions.
- Mature with strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong business acumen and able to analyze data and make informed decisions.">
