Role Overview:
- Lead the annual performance review cycle, ensuring thoroughness and timely delivery.
- Oversee daily performance management activities, responding to queries and maintaining a transparent process.
- Develop and implement improvements to elevate the Performance Management strategy, driving meaningful impact.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify high-potential employees, support talent development, and spearhead succession planning efforts.
- Tackle additional responsibilities as needed, aligned with team priorities.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Talent Management, Strategy/Performance Management, or HR Business Partner roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Skilled at managing large datasets and distilling insights.
- Proven track record in executing succession planning initiatives and end-to-end performance management processes.
