Senior Manager, HRBP Strategic Partnerships and Business Partnering

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our strategic partnerships and business partnering efforts.

  • Sustainable Medical Workforce: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on medical manpower planning, aligning with workforce transformation and productivity objectives.
  • Workforce Transformation and Productivity: Support cluster committees in conceptualizing and implementing workforce transformation initiatives.
  • NHG Medical Manpower Council: Provide secretariat support, including council member appointments, agenda setting, and outcome tracking.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare workforce planning or medical manpower management.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore's healthcare system and medical workforce regulations.
  • Proven stakeholder management and committee work experience.
  • Data analysis and outcome measurement skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare productivity frameworks.
  • Experience in healthcare transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders.
