Job Title: Director of Workforce Development

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Workforce Development to lead the development and implementation of our HR strategy. This individual will drive HR transformation initiatives, leveraging digitalisation and steering the design and implementation of enhancements across the entire employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an HR strategy that aligns with our global vision, market-specific requirements, and regional HR approach.
  • Lead the design and implementation of enhancements across the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Oversee all areas of HR, including employee compensation, disciplinary frameworks, talent and performance management, and recognition programs.
  • Cultivate modern leadership capabilities across the organisation, promoting an inclusive culture and strengthening effective cross-departmental collaboration.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communication Studies, or Psychology.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant HR experience in Employee Relations, Recruitment, Selection, Training and Organisational Development, Compensation and Benefits, Compliance.
  • Good knowledge of employment law.
  • Proven professional experience in project management, multi-stakeholder relationship management, and implementation of staff engagement initiatives.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills, and ability to motivate and inspire the team.
