Job Title: Strategic Workforce Manager

The role of a Strategic Workforce Manager is pivotal in driving organizational success by effectively managing the human capital. This position involves developing and implementing comprehensive workforce strategies to optimize personnel management, talent acquisition, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent, leveraging market intelligence and industry trends.
2. Conduct regular performance assessments and provide actionable feedback to employees, fostering growth and improvement.
3. Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, aligning with business objectives and industry standards.
4. Administer salaries and benefits while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, maintaining a fair and equitable compensation structure.
5. Foster exceptional communication and public relations skills to build trust with employees, stakeholders, and external partners, promoting a positive organizational image.
6. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize the personnel management system, enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields, demonstrating a strong foundation in organizational behavior and leadership principles.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in human resource management, with at least 3 years in a similar position, showcasing expertise in workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement.
3. Strong knowledge of national and local laws, regulations, and policies on human resource management in Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring compliance and adherence to industry standards.
4. Excellent interpersonal, organization, and communication skills, with the ability to build high-performing teams and drive collaborative efforts.
5. Ability to build high-performing teams from scratch, leveraging diversity and inclusion to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
6. Fluent in English language (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with advanced proficiency in business acumen and strategic thinking.
