As an ideal candidate, you will possess:
- Experience in business planning, human resource strategies, and processes
- Organizational design, manpower optimization, and performance management
- Deep knowledge of organizational and behavioral change management
Additionally, you should have:
- Proficiency in developing change management strategies, stakeholder analysis, communication planning, training needs analysis, and driving user adoption of new systems
- Strong analytical skills, client service orientation, adaptability, and ability to work with all levels of personnel
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
