As an ideal candidate, you will possess:

  • Experience in business planning, human resource strategies, and processes
  • Organizational design, manpower optimization, and performance management
  • Deep knowledge of organizational and behavioral change management

Additionally, you should have:

  • Proficiency in developing change management strategies, stakeholder analysis, communication planning, training needs analysis, and driving user adoption of new systems
  • Strong analytical skills, client service orientation, adaptability, and ability to work with all levels of personnel
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
