Our client, a well-established MNC, is seeking a Customer Service Manager (Call Centre) - MNC/Luxury brand - $7,500.00 + Attractive bonuses / Office hours.
Responsibilities:
Oversee a team of 10 to run daily call centre operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Conduct presentations to top management.
Ensure high-quality customer service and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Minimum a Diploma or Degree in Customer Service Relation, Hospitality, Tourism, or relevant fields.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Highly analytical with strong communication and writing skills.
Demonstrated leadership qualities.
Others:
Salary: Up to $7,500.00 + Attractive Bonuses.
5 days work week, Office hours.
Central area.
