Competency Executive (Hybrid | Profit Sharing)Located at Raffles Place Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Hybrid Work Arrangement Basic up to $4,000 (commensurate with experience)Performance Bonus (Profit Sharing)This is a newly created position to support business growth and enhance internal competency processes. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to consultants and managers Conduct compliance checks on sales documentation and advisory processes Assist in developing and improving internal processes to enhance efficiency and compliance Provide guidance and training to consultants on advisory procedures and documentation standards Liaise with the Competency Manager and other stakeholders on related matters Requirements Diploma or Degree in any discipline Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Financial Services industry Meticulous, organized, and attentive to detail Able to work both independently and collaboratively Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to upholding compliance standards CMFAS certifications (Modules 5, 8, 9, and HI) will be advantageous Applicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
