Job Description The ideal candidate should possess: Knowledge of Sales Advisory, regulatory requirements/standards Sales supervisory experience in validating fact find, needs analysis, and basis of recommendation Knowledge of life insurance products and FAA investment products Proficiency in a second language, preferably Mandarin or Malay Familiarity with industry and regulators' requirements and developments At least a diploma or higher, preferably with relevant work experience Passed relevant licensing examinations: CMFAS Modules 5, 8, 8A, 9, 9A, and Certificate in Health Insurance, or equivalents At least 1 year of experience in training and competence in sales advisory or compliance audit within the Financial Services industry, or experience in validating sales advisory Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word and Excel Good verbal and written communication skills Meticulous, independent, and able to work well in a team Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability Key Responsibilities Conduct pre-transaction checks as part of due diligence, including review of sales documents and supervisor assessments Perform callback surveys with customers Audit supervisor call-back recordings Review supervisory activities such as coaching, meetings, and joint fieldwork Ensure review conclusions meet expectations and investigate issues as needed Document review findings thoroughly Identify, communicate, and follow up on issues uncovered Generate reports for monitoring and tracking Support process reviews and SOP updates Implement initiatives to ensure competency standards are met Participate in projects and team activities Additional Details Employment type: Full-time Job function: Business Development and Sales Industry: Insurance This job is active and accepting applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
