The individual who joins us will be responsible for the conduct of sales and supervisory due diligence for reps under the Talent Transition Funding (TTF) Scheme.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct pre-transaction checks equivalent as part due diligence
- Reviews on sales documents and supervisor's assessments
- Conduct Call-back to Customers (survey)
- Conduct audit on supervisor-call back recordings
- Conduct checks and reviews on supervisory duties activities (Coaching, Meeting, Joint Fieldwork, etc)
- Ensure the review conclusions are within expectations, and perform further investigation on the circumstances or clarification with sales advisors and supervisors
- Ensure review conclusions well-documented.
- Identify and communicate issues uncovered and carry out follow up actions.
- Generate and prepare regular reports for monitoring, tracking and reporting purposes
- Support in process reviews and SOP updates.
- Implement initiatives, monitoring processes and conduct constant reviews to ensure compliance with expected competency standards of supervisors and advisers
- undertake projects and execute activities assigned to team
- At least a diploma and above. Preferably with relevant work experience.
- Have passed ^relevant licensing examinations : CMFAS Module 5, 9, 9A, and Certificate in Health Insurance; or equivalents
- At least 1 year experience in training and competence in sales advisory / compliance audit in Financial Services industry; or experience in validating of sales advisory
- Proficient in Microsoft Office '“ Word and Excel
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous, independent and work well in a team.
- Strong analytical skills and a problem solver
