We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Infrastructure Support Specialist . This role involves providing proactive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and ad-hoc support for various systems and equipment. If you have excellent technical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality services, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
- To conduct preventive maintenance in accordance with the standard maintenance checklist
- Provide logistical support, ensuring an acceptable quantity of spare units
- To ensure all system documentation is up-to-date
- Network Matters
- To conduct corrective maintenance timely in accordance with SLA
- Attend to fault cases referred by the helpdesk
- Provide updates of system status to relevant parties
- Provide 24/7 support for critical cases to meet customers' operational requirements
- Installation/Removal of equipment from boat or vehicle
- Implementation of additional hardware/software testing
- Software patches update
- Nitec or Diploma in Infocomm Technology
- Applicants with no experience are welcome to apply
- Candidates with CCNA will be an added advantage
- Willing to perform standby (rotating team basis)
- Basic computer and network troubleshooting skills
- 5-day week @ AMK (travel to site as and when required)
