We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of network design, implementation, and management.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and network engineering, with a strong understanding of routing protocols, switching, VPNs, security, wireless, multicast, and network & device management.
This role involves project management for the company's security system integration projects, including designing, deploying, and configuring network infrastructure components such as routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and CCTV systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for documenting network configurations, diagrams, procedures, burn-in-test UAT, migration plan, and policies to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Project management for the company's security system integration projects;
- Designing, deploying, and configuring network infrastructure components;
- Documenting network configurations, diagrams, procedures, burn-in-test UAT, migration plan, and policies;
- Troubleshooting and debugging network-related problems;
- Deploying new network and network migration;
- Performing requirement gathering and problem analysis.
The required skills and qualifications for this role include:
Required Skills:- Strong knowledge of switching: VLAN, VTP, Trunk, EtherChannel, Spanning tree;
- Technical expertise in routing and multicast: BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, EIGRP, Redistribution, Policy routing, with any routing protocol, PIM, SSM, IGMP, RP, HSRP, VRRP, GLBP;
- WAN: MPLS VPN, GRE tunnelling, DMVPN, FlexVPN, Site to Site IPsec VPN (IKEv1 and IKEv2);
- Security: Firewalls, Network Access Controls, ACL, IPsec;
- Network Management: SNMP, NTP;
- Wireless: WLC, Roaming, Guest Services;
