- Learn about various aspects of the business including Drug testing, Alcohol testing, Infectious Disease Kits, and Medical Device Regulatory Affairs
- Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
- Collaborate closely with our logistics partners to safeguard the handling and transfer of our products, ensuring their safe arrival into the hands of our customers
- Oversee the seamless management of online orders, ensuring accurate and punctual fulfillment to uphold customer satisfaction
- Contribute to the meticulous processing of government tenders, adhering diligently to regulatory requirements
- Showcasing our products and services to walk-in customers. Engage with our valued clientele, fostering meaningful interactions and offering tailored service and solutions to meet their needs
- Take charge of maintaining accurate and dynamic product listings across various online sales platforms, empowering our customers with comprehensive information at their fingertips
- Facilitating Internship Program Coordination with Universities
- Tackle diverse operational tasks as they arise, playing a vital role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our business
- Participate in the marketing project, contributing to activities such as:

- Taking high-quality product photos to showcase our offerings effectively.
- Creating engaging online content across various platforms to attract and retain customer interest.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to optimize marketing campaigns and content.
