Job Title: IT Infrastructure Support Specialist
Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team as an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for our IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in computer engineering, information systems, or a related field, with a minimum of five years of relevant experience. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
- Identify and mitigate Cyber Security risks for the organization.
- Develop and implement an information security strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Drive automation for suitability of IT processes and recommend new technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Cyber Security certification (CEH, CISM, CISSP, CISA) is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience, with a focus on enterprise-level cybersecurity solutions.
- Experience with Windows and Linux servers is essential.
- Familiarity with DMZ, VLAN, server hardening, firewall administration, and AWS is advantageous.
- Strong IT technical understanding and aptitude for analytical problem-solving.
- Ability to work alternate Saturdays.
- Consideration may be given to candidates with more years of experience for Managerial positions.
