Job Title: IT Infrastructure Support Specialist


About the Role:

This exciting opportunity is for an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and services to our clients. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional onsite support for our clients, covering IT infrastructure, network, and cybersecurity aspects;
  • Collaborate closely with our Central IT hub team on Level 2 and 3 operations support;
  • Work with our APAC Transformation team on projects requiring onsite support;
  • Partner with our GDC/APAC Security & Governance team on IT audit and compliance for corporate IT-related areas only.

Responsibilities Include:
  • IT Onboarding & Offboarding as per company standards, including laptop setup;
  • L1 onsite support for Office IT Infrastructure, covering Network, WiFi, VC, Printers, CCTV, and Door Access as needed;
  • Inventory management, asset tracking, and vendor relations;
  • Execution of local projects according to guidelines from regional teams;
  • IT Procurement and end-user training;
  • User adoption and upskilling.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in IT infrastructure operations and projects, with minimum 2-3 years' experience;
  • Expertise in PC Support and troubleshooting;
  • Expertise in Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365;
  • Basic knowledge of Networking includes LAN, WiFi, Internet, and VPN;
  • Basic awareness of Information/Data Security and tools;
  • Strong logical communication in English and ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization;
  • Knowledge and experience in Ticketing systems to manage end-user tickets.
