In this Role, you’ll get to Collaborate on product selection for large-scale marketing campaigns and independently initiate seasonal activities. Utilize external resources (such as SEO, PPC, social media, etc.) to enhance product exposure and sales. Leverage internal resources (such as coupons, etc.) to boost product conversion rates. Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and report data to predict trends and inform decision-making. Operations Support: Coordinate with local and HQ teams, including HQ China, to ensure seamless operations, optimize resources, and align local efforts with broader company objectives. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present reports on performance and KPIs, communicating actionable insights effectively. What you'll Need to Succeed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism Management, Business Analytics, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of operations management experience, preferably in travel, tourism, or e-commerce. Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. Deep understanding of local user travel habits and preferences. Proven experience in SEO and PPC operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
