Senior Regional Talent Acquisition Manager | Driving Hiring Across All Regions Worldwide | HTL Group of Companies
We are looking for a dynamic and driven professional to join us as
Regional Channel Sales & Marketing (Europe) . This role is based in Singapore and will focus on enabling and supporting our channel sales across multiple markets in Europe. The individual will work closely with the APAC team, the China office, and regional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Drive and support sales enablement activities across Europe, working across
B2B and retail channels .
Partner with retailers and channel partners to strengthen sales execution and customer engagement.
Manage and optimize customer relationship management ( CRM ) processes to support sales teams and enhance partner engagement.
Collaborate with stakeholders from different regions, including
Europe, APAC, and China , ensuring smooth cross-cultural communication and alignment.
Provide business support for new market entry and growth initiatives, ensuring successful rollout of programs and campaigns.
Act as the face of the business in customer-facing engagements, demonstrating confidence and the ability to adapt to different audiences.
Travel extensively across Europe to work directly with partners and stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
4–5 years' experience
in sales, channel management, or sales enablement, ideally within retail or consumer goods industries.
Strong exposure to
overseas markets
and proven ability to work effectively across cultures.
Experience engaging with
Western markets
(Europe, Australia, U.S.) preferred.
Familiarity with CRM tools and customer-facing processes.
Independent, resourceful, and naturally curious, with the drive to identify solutions and deliver results.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
Singaporean, adaptable and open to extensive travel.
