As a Channel Sales Rockstar at AAPNA Infotech, you will play a crucial role in supercharging our reseller and partner network for Mera Monitor, our cutting-edge productivity and time-tracking SaaS platform in the HR Tech industry. Your primary mission will involve onboarding and training new channel partners such as resellers, VARs, and distributors. By owning and nurturing relationships with partners, you will contribute to the growth of long-term strategic partnerships and drive revenue by assisting partners in closing high-volume SaaS license deals.In this role, you will be responsible for creating a structured approach to track partner performance and develop smart sales systems. Collaboration with product, marketing, and leadership teams will be essential to build a Go-To-Market (GTM) engine that ensures the success of our partnership network. Your superpowers should include 2-6 years of experience in Channel Sales, Partner Sales, or SaaS Sales, with a strong background in working with resellers, distributors, and VARs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and partner enablement skills are key, along with familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms.A self-starter mindset is crucial in this role, where you will take ownership of your numbers and game. Experience in HR Tech or Productivity SaaS environments will be a bonus, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, remote-first teams is essential. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this role include onboarding and activating 57 new partners within the first 6 months, driving over 10,000 license sales through partners within 12 months, maintaining high partner satisfaction and retention, and building and maintaining a clean, growing, and insightful partner pipeline.Joining AAPNA Infotech will offer you ownership and leadership opportunities as you work directly with VP - Sales and Product Heads.
