We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/ Business Development Executive to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our company. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams. Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Sales/ Business Development Manager. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and door-to-door visits. Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. Follow up on leads and sales inquiries, focusing on Commercial and Industrial buildings. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. Attend tender briefings and interviews to gather insights and information. Close sales effectively, driven to achieve individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Focus on achieving yearly financial KPIs. Qualifications and Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's degree. Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Possess your own transportation and license. #J-18808-Ljbffr
