Our team specializes in creating tailored video solutions for a diverse clientele, from fast-paced mobile content to high-production cinematic projects. We’re looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development/Sales Executive to help expand our client base and drive growth in the digital content space. As a Business Development / Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the digital content and social media marketing space for the Virality Group. Key responsibilities include: Sales Strategy & Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to attract and acquire new clients, focusing on sectors that benefit from video content, such as F&B, entertainment, retail, and technology. Identify potential clients and understand their marketing needs, creating tailored content packages to meet those needs. Proactively network with brands, agencies, and corporate clients to promote Virality Group’s services. Account Management & Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, drive repeat business, and foster long-term partnerships. Understand client objectives and work with our creative team to develop content proposals that align with client goals. Serve as a key point of contact for client communication, ensuring smooth onboarding and campaign execution. Sales Performance & Reporting: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by converting leads into sales. Maintain accurate sales records, tracking lead generation, conversion rates, and overall performance. Prepare regular reports on sales activities and pipeline status, providing insights and recommending improvements to sales strategies. Requirements: Proven experience (2+ years) in business development or sales, ideally within a digital marketing, content creation, or media agency. Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and video content creation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently pitch ideas and solutions to diverse clients. Demonstrated track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills. Knowledge of social media platforms and trends is an advantage.
