Job Description

Salary: SGD 80,000 - 120,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate sales and wholesale management.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Sales:

  • Manage existing corporate accounts and establish relationships with new clients to increase market penetration.
  • Develop new business channels consistent with our brand positioning through other companies or business channels.
  • Process sales orders, calculate costs, and manage stock on hand for Singapore.
  • Handle B2B sales orders from customers, including the arrangement of warehouse packing, delivery, and related document preparation.
  • Manage and submit quotations and organize proposals to customers independently.
  • Manage and organize Corporate Gelato Kart Service and chocolate events with corporate customers.
  • Liaise with shopping malls' marketing teams and redemption programs with merchants for sales opportunities and cross-promotions.
  • Responsible for client credit collection and overall invoicing process.
  • Responsible for enquiries from corporate communications channels (website and social media).

Wholesale Sales:

  • Work closely with existing wholesalers/distributors and support growth to reach sales targets.
  • Negotiate sales deals and ensure implementation of our sales strategy.
  • Provide timely commercial proposals and proactively seek new clients suitable to our company positioning.
  • Build effective account relationships.
  • Monitor client credit status and review with Finance team.
  • Conduct market research, including proposed assortment, price, and merchandising.
Requirements

Candidate Requirements:

  • Candidate must be proactive and creative, able to pursue new ideas to meet sales targets.
  • Excellent English skills; Mandarin is a plus for English and Chinese speaking individuals.
  • 1-2 years' experience in wholesales/corporate sales (retail or F&B business preferred).
