Role Overview We're looking to add a Compensation & Benefits Manager in Singapore (Global HQ, Ang Mo Kio). This role supports the Group C&B Director by designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits strategies and policies across the Venture Group, leading related program management and analytics initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals, market competitiveness, and compliance. Responsibilities Lead & manage "Senior Manager & below" annual performance appraisal cycle, salary review cycle, bonus cycle. Develop and deliver C&B communication materials and review its effectiveness to ensure the value of C&B programs are effectively communicated to support the purported intent. Responsible for C&B survey submissions and analysis to support salary structure and range updates. Manage job evaluation, job hierarchy, and market benchmarking in accordance with company set principles. Manage insurance renewals and conduct benefits reviews for cost effectiveness and relevancy. Manage ESOS grant proposal, prepare nomination database with clear rules; assist Group C&B Director & Head of Group HR to prepare ESOS materials to top management and remuneration committee. Generate meaningful data analytics to support decision-making and identify trends. Monitor and review technology / operational interfaces that support value-adding self-service or automation. Assist Group C&B Director in managing cross-border assignment policy and practices and tax compliance. Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements. Monitor market trends and regulatory changes and share information with HR community & business of potential implications as well as recommend effective practices to the business. Support documentation and reporting for Remuneration Committee reviews. Collaborate with Site HR teams to ensure consistent application of C&B policies. Any other job duties or special projects as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in HR, Finance, Business or related disciplines. CCP / GRP is preferred. Minimum 5 to 10 years' relevant C&B / Total rewards experience from MNC or high-tech manufacturing industry. Exposure to manufacturing environments and large workforce (>5,000 headcount) is an advantage. Familiar with compensation and benefits laws and regulations in APAC i.e. Singapore, Malaysia; experience in managing China, US and Europe is a plus. Proficient in job evaluation methodologies (i.e. Mercer, Willis Towers Watson) and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors system will be an added advantage. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; experience with Power BI and design thinking is a plus. Demonstrates strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Possesses excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, essential for effective stakeholder management across all organizational levels and regions.
