Job Description Champion Headquarter HR Policy & Processes Analyzing and monitoring HR metrics development Developing and program Compensation & Benefit Strategy Developing international Human Resources Management, including but not limited to: Staffing, policy, process deployment, and performance management Supervise day to day HR processes and driving efficiency with support of HR administrative member Draft HR policy and proposals Other major & impactful HR projects as assigned Requirements Minimum 8 years experiences in HR with positive attitude, endurance, trustworthy, am bitious, team player, and good communication Familiar with working regulations and environment in Singapore/SEA.
