**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Compensation Strategy & Planning**:Design, implement, and evaluate compensation structures, salary ranges, and pay scales to ensure market competitiveness. Conduct salary benchmarking and market research to analyze compensation trends. Ensure internal pay equity and recommend salary adjustments when necessary. Advise senior management and HR on compensation policies, procedures, and industry best practices to support long-term organizational goals.
- **Benefits Program Management**:Assess the effectiveness of current benefit offerings and recommend improvements or changes to meet employee needs and align with industry trends. Evaluate and negotiate with benefit providers to ensure cost-effectiveness and service quality. Provide expert advice to the leadership team on the strategic design of benefit programs to maintain a competitive edge.
- **Total Rewards Design**:Develop and communicate the organization’s total rewards strategy, which includes salary, benefits, incentives, and other perks. Design incentive and bonus plans that align with company goals and drive employee performance. Provide consultative support to senior leadership on the integration of total rewards systems that enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and engagement. Implement and manage employee recognition and reward programs to foster engagement and motivation.
- **Consulting & Advisory Services**:Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing recommendations on compensation and benefits policies based on analysis, trends, and forecasts. Collaborate with leadership to evaluate the impact of compensation and benefits strategies on employee attraction, retention, and overall business performance. Deliver strategic insights and recommendations to optimize the company's total rewards offering, aligning them with long-term business growth. Consult on executive compensation plans, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and performance metrics.
- **Compliance & Governance**:Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with local labor laws and regulations. Stay updated on relevant legislation (e.g., tax, labor laws, etc.) and ensure the organization’s policies are compliant.
- **Compensation Analytics & Reporting**:Analyze and interpret compensation and benefits data to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making. Prepare reports on compensation trends, program performance, and budgetary impacts. Monitor the effectiveness of compensation programs and conduct regular reviews for continuous improvement. Present actionable insights to senior management to aid in budget planning and resource allocation.
- **Budgeting & Financial Planning**:Develop and manage compensation and benefits budgets. Monitor the financial performance of compensation and benefit plans to ensure alignment with organizational goals and cost management. Propose cost-saving opportunities without compromising employee satisfaction.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of compensation structures, salary surveys, and benefits administration.
- Experience in providing strategic consulting advice to senior leadership.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and legal requirements related to compensation and benefits.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and strategic planning.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or a related HR role, with at least 2 years in a consultative or advisory capacity.
- Experience with compensation benchmarking, job evaluation, and market analysis.
