This role sits well with C&B practitioners who prefer to challenge the status quo objectively. Partnering with the People & Culture functional pillars on a wide range of initiatives is essential. You are comfortable in discussing C&B related issues, draw upon experiences, use data to support solutions and collaborate well with others. **The Opportunity** - Project manage the Benefits initiatives (end-to-end) including charter, timeline, resources, and milestones. Implement refreshed employee benefits framework and way of work to support the business operations. Project management skills is crucial in leading a successful implementation. - Scope, plan and implement related compensation & benefit programs and plans, in partnership with the business and People & Culture functional pillars. This can include (but not limited to) annual merit reviews; benefits review and communication). - Responsible for the annual end-to-end performance review and management exercise; that is linked to an established merit/bonus structure. This includes preparing and checking on eligibility plans; budget provisions; post-review year-round follow-up for active management of the budget pool. - Manage the Re-employment and Retirement bi-annual exercises in compliance with regulatory framework; and lean in as counsel to support the communication and transition process. A hands-on individual who partners the business in having the delicate conversations. - Proactively scope, plan and implement year-round health and wellness programs that speaks to organization’s objectives of safety and well-being. - Establish and conduct regular review C&B Policies to ensure market competitiveness and align with employer branding programs that is reflective of our talent brand; - Drive active sharing of market intelligence within People & Culture team structure and provide key information to support decisions surrounding compensation and benefits; - Ensure that C&B policies, procedures, and programs are aligned with the regulatory requirements in each jurisdiction and address any non-compliance matters timely and effectively. - Regular review of incentives governance and compliance and partner with business to fine tune programs that enable business growth. - Regular review of insured benefits review, remarketing, administration and case management for relevance in coverage and cost. Familiarity with financial planning concepts will be advantageous. - Represent the Company at external events and is responsible for survey data gathering, input, analysis, benchmarking and providing unbiased and sound proposal. **About You** - At least 8 years of relevant C&B experience, with a strong focus on C&B - Prior experience in MNC / FMCG / consulting environment will be highly advantageous; - A Degree in Business / Human Resources or equivalent is fundamental; - An excellent communication with ability to lead complex projects across multiple business lines; - Ability to demonstrate poise and present data to senior management with role credibility - Has a point of view and can develop complex analysis surrounding workforce planning, forecasting, compensation and performance calibration analysis etc; - Able to articulate key business insights from analysis and dissect complex findings into relevant recommendations - Has some level of flexibility trait, high attention to detail and accuracy and advanced Excel skills - Comfortable as a self-starter, and can be an equally strong team-player - Comfortable working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, demonstrates cultural sensitivity and armed with good social and communication skills - This is a people manager role and track record and interest to grow team members is essential. **About the Company** A member of the Jardine Cycle & Carriage Group, C&C is one of the leading automotive groups in Singapore.
