Role Summary:
Responsible for developing and implementing compensation programs that provide a competitive level of pay, motivation and reward to employees.

**Responsibilities**:
You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

- Develop and review group’s Compensation & Benefits policies with Country HR to ensure compliance to local country labour laws
- Establish Compensation & Benefits guidelines for new country
- Coordinate and administer the Group annual performance review cycle
- Assess risks from acquired companies through due diligence especially on cost and key persons
- Work with key business stakeholders to review, design, implement and manage compensation and incentive programs according to business needs
- Leverage on external economic and Compensation & Benefi market surveys to define benchmarks for salary and bonuses reviews
- Conduct periodic surveys on the group benefit’s portfolio to ensure delivery
- Work on specific HR projects as assigned

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

- At least 8 years in relevant working experience in similar roles
- Proven track record in defining compensation and incentive programs that lead to measurable improvement in business results
- Previous experience in manufacturing industry will be advantageous
- Broad knowledge of regional Compensation & Benefits, pension schemes and termination practices preferred
- A good degree in any specialization
