Overview
The Agency Data Insights Manager is responsible for partnering with leaders across distribution, marketing and product to define monitor and communicate KPIs for each channel such as sales funnel analytics quote-to-policy CAC/LTV. This role requires a strong understanding of data science concepts and the ability to translate business challenges into actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
- Build performance monitoring and management analytics solutions to drive agency performance.
- Create agent-facing tools to provide coaching and growth opportunities.
- Analyze incentive program effectiveness and suggest optimizations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time monitoring of agency performance.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in life insurance or financial services analytics with deep knowledge of distribution models such as tied agents MDRTs Financial Advisors Independent Agents.
- Proven experience optimizing multichannel strategies and leading strategic analytics engagements with cross-functional leaders.
- Ability to articulate complex data science concepts to non-technical partners and make recommendations based on data insights.
- Proficiency in statistical methods including regression analysis hypothesis testing and time series analysis and uplift modeling and lifetime value modeling.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of data science concepts and machine learning algorithms.
- Experience working with large datasets and developing data visualizations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
