Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard talent partners aligned with company goals using a data-driven approach to influencer marketing.
- Manage and grow influencer relationships through daily communications via email, phone, and messaging to strengthen partnerships.
- Execute outreach initiatives including mailings, giftings, and brand campaigns to build trust and alignment.
- Collaborate with social, communications, and editorial teams to drive performance in revenue, engagement, messaging, and follower growth.
Requirements:
