Marketing Growth Specialist
The role of Marketing Growth Specialist plays a pivotal part in driving business expansion through strategic marketing initiatives.
The Marketing Growth Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing targeted marketing campaigns to increase public awareness, engagement, and support for our mission of providing accessible Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) healthcare services to the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and running targeted marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
- Developing brand awareness through traditional and digital media.
- Creating engaging content for social media and our website.
- Managing fundraising efforts and donor relations.
- Building partnerships with businesses and community leaders.
- Organizing events and health talks.
- Ensuring all marketing materials align with our mission and values.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strategic Digital Marketing & Social Media Management: Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Content Creation & Copywriting: Create high-quality content for social media, our website, and marketing materials.
- SEO & SEM (Search Engine Optimization & Marketing): Optimize our website and online presence to improve search engine rankings.
- Graphic Design & Multimedia Skills: Develop visually appealing marketing materials and graphics.
- Fundraising & Donor Relations Management: Build and maintain relationships with donors and secure funding for our organization.
- Public Relations & Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with the community and manage our organization's public image.
- Event Planning & Management: Plan and execute successful events to promote our organization's mission and services.
- Crm & Data Analysis: Analyze data to inform marketing decisions and optimize our organization's operations.
- Project Management & Budgeting: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure effective budgeting.
