Senior Marketing Role

This pivotal opportunity offers the chance to spearhead and enhance strategic marketing initiatives that drive portfolio adoption and fuel business growth across the region.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping and advancing commercial and marketing strategies in partnership with both regional and divisional stakeholders to expand portfolio market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate marketing strategies aligned with the long-term business and portfolio roadmap, including a 5-year strategic plan, future product development, new product launches, and lifecycle management.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret market insights from across APAC to pinpoint priority areas for growth.
  • Lead the design and execution of strategic marketing programs that advance portfolio adoption and accelerate growth.
  • Accelerate speed to market for new products and strengthen commercialization and launch planning for upcoming releases.
  • Oversee regional Key Opinion Leader (KOL) programs, encompassing education initiatives, training, and active collaboration with R&D teams.
  • Drive commercialization and launch efforts, ensuring robust post-market support and effective coordination with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
  • 10-12 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 6 years in the MedTech sector.
  • Proven ability to expertly navigate complex cross-divisional procedures and policy frameworks.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Management or related field.
  • Highly proactive and entrepreneurial, able to excel in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
  • Strong grasp of marketing concepts, with advanced skills in market insight analysis, business case evaluation, and financial assessment.
