Job Title: Data Science Lead
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Science Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive product metrics and quantitative measurement structures based on product stages and business purposes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop data pipelines to provide insights and respond to business inquiries and events;
- Conduct routine and non-routine end-to-end analyses with large, complex data sets and make recommendations on appropriate solutions;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote the implementation of optimization schemes and drive business growth.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field;
- 5+ years of working experience in Data Science, algorithmic engineering or machine learning;
- Proficient in SQL/Hive/Python or R and experienced in massive data manipulation, machine learning & modeling;
- Strong technical leadership skills combined with hands-on data mining and machine learning application experience;
- Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and ability to explore and find best practices;
- Rigorous logical mindset and ability to provide systematic approaches to solve business problems;
- Ability to work under pressure and lead small project teams to support business goals.
